None of this is required, but a first email with these in it usually saves a round trip:
- Which of the two service lines you are asking about — consulting, or content
- What you are trying to get done, in a couple of sentences
- When you need it done by, even roughly
- Whether you have a budget range in mind
- Who else needs to be in the conversation
We normally reply within two business days. If you are writing about an invoice, include the invoice number and we will find it faster.
